Plans and billing
Learn how YADL plans, hosted checkout, subscription updates, and the billing portal work.
Plans and billing
YADL has Free, Pro, and Max access levels. Each level can make different catalog items, export formats, quality settings, resolutions, quotas, and retention capacity available. The live source for plan prices and allowances is Pricing; it can change independently of this guide.
Choose a plan
Start from Pricing, review the features shown for each plan, and choose the option that fits the work you need to create and export. If an item or export setting is unavailable, YADL explains the applicable access requirement rather than changing your current document.
Checkout and activation
Paid checkout is hosted by Zoho Billing. Enter payment details only in the hosted checkout experience. Returning to YADL after checkout is not proof that access has changed: YADL grants or updates access after it receives verified subscription state from the billing provider. If the plan does not update promptly, refresh the account page, allow the displayed sync status to update, then contact Support with a transaction or invoice reference.
Manage an existing subscription
Open Settings and select the billing area to view the current plan, renewal period, and last synchronization information. The customer portal is also hosted by Zoho Billing and is the place to manage payment methods, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation when those options are available for your subscription.
Do not send card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, or hosted-checkout links to support. Share an invoice or transaction reference instead.
