Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests for YADL are handled.
1. Cancelling a subscription
You may request cancellation through your account or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refund eligibility
Because subscriptions provide immediate access to digital services and content, payments are generally non-refundable after access or usage begins, except where required by law. We may consider requests involving duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, or a verified technical failure that prevented use of the purchased service.
3. Requesting a refund
Email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the payment. Include your account email, payment or invoice reference, payment date, amount, and reason. Never include full card details, PINs, passwords, or OTPs.
4. Review and timing
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to decide them within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After initiation, banks and payment providers may take approximately 5–10 business days to display the credit.
5. Exceptions
We may deny requests involving consumed usage allowances, downloaded premium resources, policy abuse, chargeback fraud, account violations, or circumstances outside the stated eligibility, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If an amount was debited but the transaction failed, contact support with the payment reference. Duplicate successful charges will be investigated and, when verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
