License
Last updated: August 12, 2026
This page explains the permissions that apply to YADL, its catalog content, and documents created by users.
1. Using the service
YADL grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use YADL in accordance with your plan and our Terms and Conditions.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of original content you create or upload. You grant us only the rights reasonably required to host, process, render, back up, and deliver that content as part of the service.
3. Templates and components
Catalog templates and components may be used to create your own end products, subject to the access level shown for each item. You may not redistribute source catalog items as a competing template, component, asset, or design library unless an item expressly permits it.
4. Application UI resources
Licensed application interface resources used to build YADL remain separate from user-facing design documents and are not included in templates, components, downloads, or exports. No third-party license is transferred to you through use of the service.
5. Restrictions
- Do not share paid account access outside the people covered by your plan.
- Do not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute protected service source or catalog resources on a standalone basis.
- Do not remove ownership notices or use the service to infringe intellectual-property rights.
- Do not use automated extraction to recreate or compete with the catalog.
6. Open-source software
Open-source dependencies remain governed by their respective licenses. Those licenses are not replaced by this page.
7. Termination
Your license ends when your account or applicable subscription ends, except that permitted exports and end products created before termination may continue to be used subject to these terms.
