Shipping and Delivery Policy

YADL provides digital subscriptions, templates, components, and generated exports. No physical goods are shipped.
1. Digital delivery
Subscription access is normally enabled after successful payment confirmation. Templates and components are available through the relevant catalog, while completed exports are delivered through your account as downloadable files.
2. Delivery timing
Account entitlements are usually updated within minutes. Export delivery depends on queue load, document complexity, format, and plan limits. The export screen shows the current processing status.
3. Delivery failures
If paid access is not enabled or a completed download is unavailable, contact [email protected] with your account email and payment or export reference. Do not send card details or credentials.
4. Shipping charges and address
There are no physical shipping charges. A billing address may still be requested for tax, invoicing, fraud prevention, or payment-provider compliance.
