Help and troubleshooting
Find the right next step when access, saving, exports, notifications, or sign-in need attention.
Help and troubleshooting
YADL keeps private work owner-scoped and processes video exports in the background. The most useful next step depends on what you are trying to do.
Start with the message you see
A template or component is unavailable
Confirm that the item is published and that your active plan includes its access level. YADL keeps your current editor workspace when it denies access. Review Plans and billing, then use Pricing for current plan details.
A document will not save
Check the validation messages in the editor and retry after correcting the source. Anonymous work is browser-local; sign in before expecting cloud-backed saved work. If a saved project still fails, record the page URL and the visible error before contacting support.
A video export cannot start
Resolve the visible readiness issues first. A video export needs valid YADL source, a video-export configuration, positive duration, a compatible frame, available quota, and a retention slot. The detailed checks are in Export video.
An export is queued, failed, or missing
Open Exports while signed in. Queued, Processing, and Uploading mean the request is still in progress. A Completed export can be previewed or downloaded by its owner. For a final failure, copy the safe diagnostic reference displayed on the export page and include it in a support request.
A notification is missing
Check the selected categories in Settings, then confirm the browser and operating system allow notifications for YADL. The export history remains the authoritative result. See Notifications for the full checklist.
Cannot sign in or manage billing
Use the password-reset flow on the sign-in page if you cannot sign in. For plan or invoice questions, start from Plans and billing. YADL uses verified billing-provider state, so a checkout return page alone does not confirm that access has changed.
Contact support safely
Include the page URL, expected result, actual result, and reproducible steps. Screenshots can help if they do not reveal private document content. For billing, include an invoice or transaction reference rather than payment-card data.
See Support, FAQs, Terms and conditions, and Cancellation and refunds for the appropriate policy or contact path.
