Notifications

YADL can show in-app notices and, with your permission, browser notifications for relevant account activity such as export updates. Notification preferences belong to your account; browser permission belongs to the browser and device you are using.

Turn notifications on or off

Open Settings and choose the notification area. Enable or disable the available in-app and browser notification categories there. Browser notifications need a browser permission prompt; choose Allow only on a device you trust.

You can later turn them off from YADL settings or from your browser's site-permission controls. Changing one browser does not automatically change permission in another browser or device.

When a notification does not arrive

1. Confirm the relevant category is enabled in Settings.
2. Check that the browser allows notifications for YADL and that the operating system is not suppressing them.
3. Open Exports while signed in to see the authoritative export status.
4. If the problem continues, contact Support with the affected export's safe diagnostic reference, not a private download link.

Email notification delivery is not currently available as a configurable YADL setting. Use the in-app export history as the reliable record of an export's state.
