Manage your YADL account
Create, verify, and manage a YADL account, saved work, preferences, and account closure.
Manage your YADL account
You can begin creating in YADL without an account. Create an account when you need cloud-backed work, account-only catalog access, queued video exports, or export history.
Create, verify, and sign in
Choose Sign up and enter your account details. You must read and accept the Terms and conditions before creating an account. YADL then sends a verification email; open its link before relying on account-only features.
Use Log in to return to an existing account. If you cannot remember your password, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the reset link sent to your account email. Do not share a password or reset link with anyone.
Your workspace and saved work
Anonymous work stays in the browser. After you sign in, you can save visual documents to your YADL account and find your saved templates and reusable components from the dashboard. Your owned catalog items are available from My templates and My components.
Published templates and components can have plan requirements. YADL shows an access message rather than replacing your current editor work when your active plan does not include an item.
Profile and appearance
Open Settings to update your profile and choose the interface theme that is comfortable for you. Settings apply to your account; browser-level preferences and permissions can still affect how YADL looks or notifies you on a particular device.
Notifications and settings
From Settings, manage in-app notifications and browser notifications. Browser notifications need permission in the current browser and can be turned off at any time. See Notifications for permission and troubleshooting guidance.
For current plan, checkout, invoices, and cancellation information, see Plans and billing. Live prices and allowances always appear on Pricing.
Delete your account
Choose account deletion in Settings only when you are ready to close the account. YADL asks for confirmation, immediately ends the signed-in session, and retains account-related project and export records as soft-deleted data for the product's retention and recovery needs. Download any completed exports you need before requesting deletion.
For policy details, see Terms and conditions and Privacy policy. Use Support if a deletion, sign-in, or verification request does not behave as expected.
Get help
Use Support for account, billing, or technical help. Never include a password, reset link, payment-card information, or private export link in a support request.
